Yongin Severance Signs Business Agreement for Smart Management Project for High-Risk Inpatients
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-ju] Yonsei University College of Medicine Yongin Severance Hospital has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the 'Smart Management Project for High-Risk Inpatients' with smart medical solution companies GilOn, DigitalMedic, and People & Technology.
Smart management of high-risk inpatients refers to a system that comprehensively collects and analyzes patient data through smart medical solutions to manage high-risk inpatients. It enables proactive response to risks by selecting and monitoring patients with high risks such as falls and infections to prevent the occurrence of complications.
Based on this agreement, Yongin Severance Hospital plans to comprehensively monitor patient data such as ▲vital signs ▲fall risk ▲amount and quality of exercise ▲sleep duration ▲electronic device usage time through various wired and wireless medical devices and wearable sensors within the hospital, and analyze them in real-time using artificial intelligence.
