This drill targets personnel on duty that day, including the National Police Agency, metropolitan and provincial police agencies, and affiliated police stations. It is a drill to prepare for an air raid situation by evacuating to underground or external shelters at police stations. The drill will be conducted for 20 minutes starting at 2 p.m. on the day.

At the National Police Agency, 1,420 personnel excluding foreign affairs division staff will participate, evacuating with gas masks to designated locations on floors B1 to B3 according to their respective departments and agencies. After evacuating to the designated locations, a 10-minute training on how to wear gas masks will be conducted in preparation for chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) situations.
