According to the Gangwon Provincial Fire Headquarters, around 11:30 a.m. on the 20th, A (55), who was climbing a rock face with a group of seven near Mireuk Janggun Peak in Seoraksan, fell about 15 meters.
The mountain rescue team and Inje Fire Station rescue team, who responded to the report, climbed about 120 meters of the rock face to reach A.
A was in a state of multiple fractures, breathing but unconscious, and after emergency treatment, was urgently transported by helicopter to Wonju Christian Hospital.
