This event was planned to allow various customers to experience Gourmet Chinese cuisine through collaboration with an offline franchise. It is part of CJ Gourmet's 'Freshly Made GOD Delicious Gourmet Chinese Cuisine' campaign launched in June. Geumbyeol Beer is a franchise beer specialty store offering a variety of menus at reasonable prices and has recently become a hot place among the MZ (Millennial + Generation Z) generation.
The recipe for the summer limited menu 'Gourmet Chili Bomb Sichuan Sweet and Sour Pork,' introduced by CJ Gourmet and Geumbyeol Beer, was developed using 'Gourmet Crispy Chewy Sichuan Sweet and Sour Pork,' one of the seven Gourmet Chinese dishes. The Gourmet Crispy Chewy Sichuan Sweet and Sour Pork is a Chinese convenience food that can be cooked in an air fryer, featuring thickly sliced pork loin with a special Sichuan-style sauce, replicating the taste of a high-end Chinese restaurant. The new menu introduced with Geumbyeol Beer maximizes the spicy flavor by adding chili sauce and dried chili peppers.
During the event period, a beverage giveaway event will also be held. Customers who order the Gourmet Chili Bomb Sichuan Sweet and Sour Pork at Geumbyeol Beer stores selling the menu and share a certification shot on their personal social networking service (SNS) with the required hashtags can receive additional beverage benefits on-site. The event runs until the 31st of this month and is available at 13 Geumbyeol Beer stores in the metropolitan area.
