On the 17th, around 7:30 a.m., Jeonjangyeon held a press conference at the Samgakji Station platform on Subway Line 4 and conducted a subway delay protest. This was the first subway delay protest by Jeonjangyeon in 16 days since the 1st. At that time, Jeonjangyeon protested due to no progress in talks with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance Choo Kyung-ho. It was reported that about 100 disability activists, including 25 wheelchair users, participated in the protest that day.
Jeonjangyeon criticized the Yoon administration for not showing interest in disability rights. Park Kyung-seok, co-representative of Jeonjangyeon, said, "The government talks eloquently but does not even guarantee the starting point for living together with people with disabilities," adding, "President Yoon Seok-yeol must clearly state how he will guarantee disability rights during the remainder of his term at the 100-day press conference."
On that day, Jeonjangyeon started from Samgakji Station, moved to Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station, then took the down line to Sadang Station. They took the up line from Sadang Station back to Samgakji Station and ended the protest. Due to Jeonjangyeon's protest, the up line on Line 4 was delayed about 1 hour and 17 minutes, and the down line about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
