First, on the 10th, Lotte Duty Free released a "Guess Who?" video announcing aespa's selection as a model through its official social media (SNS), and today, a second video announcing singer and actor Lee Junho's selection as a model is scheduled to be uploaded. To commemorate this, Lotte Duty Free is conducting SNS events for the two models and plans to sequentially unveil the model lineup in the second half of the year, raising expectations among global fans.
Lee Junho, a member of the male idol group 2PM and an actor, established himself as a leading Asian actor as the MBC drama "The Red Sleeve Cuff," which aired last year, created a great sensation overseas. aespa, a girl group under SM Entertainment consisting of Karina, Winter, Giselle, and Ningning, debuted in 2020 with "Black Mamba" and gained worldwide attention by consecutively hitting with "Next Level" and "Savage." In particular, their mini-album "Girls," released last month, surpassed 1.64 million total sales as of July on the Circle Chart operated by the Korea Music Content Association, setting the record for the highest album sales among K-pop girl groups, gaining great popularity.
