Chairman Jae-kyun Park of Happo Medical Foundation received a commendation plaque from the Changwon Special City Mayor for his contributions to improving the welfare of comfort women victims.

Chairman Park has shown special interest and unwavering support for the victims of Japanese military comfort women.
Since 2016, he has continuously engaged in good deeds such as supporting medical expenses when Japanese military comfort women victims are hospitalized and sponsoring the Machangjin Citizens' Association with Grandmothers Together with Japanese Military Comfort Women.
In addition, to improve the medical welfare of local residents, he introduced the MRI 3.0T at SMG Yonsei Hospital, an advanced piece of equipment recognized for its clear imaging and fast shooting speed that enables accurate diagnosis in the MRI field, and has been dedicated to providing high-quality medical services in the region by newly remodeling the hospital ward.
