Former President Moon, who said he left Jeju, "Still in Jeju"... Photo proof of visiting a cathedral
Assemblyman Song Jae-ho's "Deep Love for Jeju"
[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Nayeon] It has been confirmed that former President Moon Jae-in and his wife are still spending their vacation in Jeju.
On the 7th, former President Moon posted a photo taken at Geumak Cathedral and St. Clara Convent located in Hallim-eup, Jeju City, on social media (SNS), writing "Geumak Cathedral and St. Clara Convent." Along with this, he left the hashtag 'Still in Jeju,' suggesting that he is staying in Jeju.
Earlier, Song Jae-ho, a member of the National Assembly from the Democratic Party of Korea (Jeju City Gap), announced on SNS the previous day that "Former President Moon Jae-in and his wife finished their vacation and left Jeju today."
However, on the same day, he posted on SNS that "Former President Moon Jae-in, whom I thought had left, is still in Jeju," admitting that he had posted incorrect information the day before.
Assemblyman Song said, "The President once wanted to live in Jeju a lot (ha-yeong in Jeju dialect means 'a lot')," and added, "I bow my head to his deep love for Jeju and great affection for the region."
