Changwon National University Accelerates Efforts to Cultivate Global Talent Again This Year
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Seryeong] Changwon National University’s Multicultural Promotion Institute is conducting the ‘Global Talent Development Education’ program again this year, following last year.
The program focuses on students who have been in the country for less than one year and is being held from the 23rd of last month until the 14th of this month.
According to the university, multicultural youth from three middle schools in Changwon are receiving Korean language education using multicultural content on world history, geography, and mathematics, directly produced by the Multicultural Promotion Institute with support from the Changwon National University National University Promotion Project.
Support activities for Korean language learning by Changwon National University students and language support for international students are also underway, and visits to the Changwon National University Museum and the Maker Ajit, where participants can experience 3D printing, are planned.

Baek Gyeongjin, director of the Promotion Institute, stated, “Educating local multicultural youth with multicultural content produced directly by the Multicultural Promotion Institute and improving their Korean language skills will be an opportunity to contribute to the local community. We will continue to put more effort into distributing multicultural content and expanding education.”
