On the 2nd, the Eunpyeong Police Station in Seoul sent Kim Mo (36), who is accused of abuse resulting in death and violating the Welfare of Disabled Persons Act, to the prosecution in custody.
On the morning of the 24th, Kim himself reported to the police, saying, "My younger sister seems to have died in the bathroom." When found, the younger sister was already deceased, extremely emaciated, and reportedly showed signs of physical abuse.
