Yangju Okjeong Unit 1409 Public Sale... 59㎡ Average Sale Price 294 Million Won
Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 31st that subscription applications for 1,409 public sale housing units in Yangju Okjeong District A-4(1) Block will be accepted starting August 9. The units are supplied through a post-sale method, allowing move-in by July next year.
The units consist of 509 units with an exclusive area of 51㎡ and 900 units with 59㎡. Among these, 1,195 units are allocated for special supply categories such as first-time homebuyers and newlyweds, while 214 units are for general supply. However, the number of general supply units may vary depending on the results of special supply applications.
The average sale price for the 51㎡ units is 255.62 million KRW, and for the 59㎡ units, it is approximately 294.3 million KRW. Including balcony expansion fees and others, the maximum price for purchasing a unit is within 302.93 million KRW.
Applicants must be adult members of a household without a home residing in the metropolitan area (Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon) as of the announcement date, and must be subscribers to housing subscription savings (comprehensive housing subscription savings or subscription savings). Additionally, since subscription periods, payment counts, income, and asset criteria vary by supply type, applicants must check the individual resident recruitment announcement carefully.
The supply types are divided into △special supply (multi-child families, elderly parent support, first-time homebuyers, newlyweds, national veterans, and institution recommendations) and △general supply, with priority given to residents of Yangju City, Gyeonggi Province.
Restrictions include a 10-year re-winning restriction and a 3-year resale restriction period.
The supply schedule is planned as subscription application (August 9?12), winner announcement (August 26), and contract signing (November 28?30), with move-in scheduled for July next year.
Yangju Okjeong District, together with the adjacent Yangju Hoecheon District, is the largest new town in the northeastern part of Gyeonggi Province. A subway Line 7 extension is planned near the southern part of the district, and the GTX-C line is planned at Deokjeong Station on Line 1 within Hoecheon District, which is expected to significantly improve public transportation conditions in the future.
