From September 2 to October 3, Ceramic Experience, Performances, and Sales in 5 Villages
[Asia Economy Reporter La Youngcheol] The 'Icheon Ceramic Festival' will be held under the slogan 『(Do)jagiya, Uri 3nyeon Maninga? Ilssangeul Yesulhaneun Icheon』 (Ceramics, Is It Our First Time in 3 Years? Icheon, Where Everyday Life Becomes Art) from September 2 to October 3 at Icheon Ceramic Art Village Yes Park.
Icheon Ceramic Art Village Yes Park is the largest ceramic exhibition and sales venue in Korea, created to spread ceramic culture and revitalize the ceramic industry. It is a village where artists who create various crafts gather, in addition to ceramics.
The festival organizing committee plans to maximize the effects of each village with new and diverse content such as the opening ceremony, ceramic experiences, performances, and sales, as the festival is held for the first time in three years.
In particular, the committee will divide the period by five villages to strengthen promotional support to increase ceramic sales, and aims to revitalize the local economy by attracting family-centered visitors.
