Contentsquare Secures $600 Million Growth Investment Round Led by Six Street
Contentsquare, a global leader in digital experience analytics, announced that it has secured a total capital of $1.4 billion by raising $600 million in a growth investment round, including $400 million in Series F equity and $200 million in debt financing.
The Series F investment was led by Sixth Street Growth. Contentsquare's new and existing investors include Bpifrance, Canaan, Eurazeo, Highland Europe, KKR, LionTree, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, and funds and accounts managed by BlackRock, along with a significant number of other Contentsquare investors.
The lending syndicate includes funds from BNP Paribas, Cr?dit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, and Soci?t? G?n?rale.
Contentsquare's valuation has nearly doubled to $5.6 billion since its $500 million Series E round in May 2021.
The company plans to use the investment to accelerate innovation through organic growth and mergers and acquisitions, support long-term growth in key markets, and leverage its core strengths in digital accessibility, privacy, and sustainability?areas where it has already excelled?to pioneer new markets.
With a Total Addressable Market (TAM) of $34 billion, Contentsquare is recognized for surpassing the limitations of traditional analytics by providing technology that enables detailed understanding of customer experiences on websites and apps. Its AI-powered engine analyzes trillions of digital customer interactions to extract key insights, empowering companies of various sizes and industries to create more human-centric digital experiences and drive business growth.
This investment will enable Contentsquare to accelerate its expansion in the Asia-Pacific market.

Meanwhile, Benjamin Johnston, Managing Director at Sixth Street, is set to join Contentsquare’s board of directors, and LionTree Advisors served as financial advisor to Sixth Street.
