At the Emergency Response Committee meeting that day, Chairman Woo mentioned that the Board of Audit and Inspection had started an audit of the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission and said, "On one hand, they reportedly conducted raids on the Ministry of Unification and others over the so-called 'blacklist suspicion,' targeting the previous administration's affairs," and criticized, "On one hand, they are carrying out political maneuvers to remove fixed-term public officials, while on the other hand, they are investigating personnel issues from the previous administration?this is a double standard."
He said, "The whole country is in turmoil," and added, "Government officials in ministries now have the atmosphere of just doing what they are told. It is an environment that only fuels conflict and prevents ministry officials from doing their work." He noted, "More and more citizens are lamenting, asking if South Korea has come to this just because the president changed once."
Chairman Woo proposed again to the ruling party, "Let's stop the investigation and pass the 'Fixed-Term Alignment Special Act' through bipartisan agreement."

Additionally, regarding President Yoon's internal criticism text messages, he said, "The irony is that the text message saying it was good that the representative who internally criticized resigned was sent by President Yoon, so I cannot understand why Kwon Seong-dong, Acting Party Leader and Floor Leader of the People Power Party, is apologizing." He continued, "Isn't President Yoon himself the one who internally criticized the ruling party?" and said, "Now the president should step away from politics and focus on people's livelihoods. He should also apologize for this recent 'criticism' issue."
