The job-off candidates for actuaries are 13 in total. They include 11 new employees who joined in April this year and passed at least the first exam, and 2 existing employees. During the job-off period, they stay at the Yongin Life Park instead of the headquarters 63 Building, dedicating themselves solely to studying for the certification. Even though they do not work, their salaries and allowances are paid as before.
Yeoseungju, CEO of Hanwha Life, actively encouraged them by saying, "Put aside concerns about work gaps and focus solely on studying for the actuarial exam."
Employees who want to participate in the job-off course but cannot due to personal reasons can choose an online course. The company covers all education costs. This year, two employees who found it difficult to stay in the dormitory due to childcare and other reasons applied.
