KT and Aegis will jointly build a digital twin platform service capable of various simulations based on D maps and 3D spatial information, and will also collaborate to provide digital twin platform services to the government, local governments, and private companies.
KT is utilizing its next-generation game streaming solution, currently used in its cloud gaming service Game Box, in the digital twin field. Developed by KT Convergence Technology Institute, this solution installs games on cloud servers and allows users to enjoy streaming gameplay regardless of device specifications, enabling high-performance games to run smoothly. By applying this to the digital twin sector, high-definition digital twin platforms can operate even on low-spec devices.
