[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Gyumin] Kim Seongjin, CEO of iKist and a key figure in the sexual bribery allegations involving Lee Jun-seok, leader of the People Power Party, has appointed lawyer Kang Sin-eop as his legal representative.
On the 25th, lawyer Kang Sin-eop told this outlet in a phone interview, "I have been appointed as the legal representative of Kim Seongjin, CEO of iKist," confirming the appointment.
Lawyer Kang also revealed that the third witness interrogation of CEO Kim, which was scheduled for the 21st but postponed, is now set to take place on the 28th at the Seoul Detention Center.
Lawyer Kang stated, "I will do my best to ensure that CEO Kim Seongjin reveals the truth so that the public's right to know can be fulfilled."
