Song Hye-kyo sells Samsung-dong house for 7.9 billion KRW, realizes 2.9 billion KRW profit

Previously, Song attempted to sell the house for 8.2 billion KRW but lowered the price after failing to find a buyer. Having purchased the house for 5 billion KRW, Song Hye-kyo made a profit of approximately 2.9 billion KRW.
According to a media outlet on the 22nd, in 2005, Song bought a single-family house (land area 454.6㎡, total floor area 303.12㎡) in the Hyundai housing complex in Samseong-dong, where the couple Cha In-pyo and Shin Ae-ra used to live, for 5 billion KRW. It is known that Song Hye-kyo’s mother resided there.
