Mom's Touch Enters Handmade Beef Burger Market... "Aiming to Sell 450 Stores Within the Year"

According to Mom's Touch, the Grilled Beef Burger was created after extensive research and development at Mom's Touch Lab, the company's direct-operated testbed. It is prepared using the traditional handmade burger cooking method called 'smashed,' where the patty is pressed and grilled at high heat immediately upon order, resulting in a crispy texture full of juicy flavor. The thick beef patty is combined with savory cheddar cheese, generous lettuce, and tomato. In a prior consumer survey, the freshly grilled thick patty's rich flavor and smoky taste were highly praised, with many considering it a satisfying meal, according to Mom's Touch. For meat enthusiasts, the burger is also available as the 'Grilled Double Beef Burger,' upgraded with two thick patties.
Mom's Touch plans to develop the beef burger menu as a new revenue driver to contribute to the medium- to long-term profitability of its franchise stores. The internal R&D team, the Product Innovation Center, has completed the development of various beef burger concepts after extensive research. The company will continue to release follow-up new menu items using beef patties to build a comprehensive menu lineup.

In particular, to ensure the successful establishment of the beef burger menu in franchise stores, Mom's Touch will provide grills, interior equipment, and other facilities worth several million won free of charge to all franchise stores selling the Grilled Beef Burger by the end of the year, including the initial 20 stores.
