Hanjayeon Signs MOU for Future Car Technology Cooperation with Spain's Itainova
[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Hyun-seok] The Korea Automotive Technology Institute announced on the 19th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Itainnova Research Institute in Zaragoza, Aragon, Spain, for the development of sustainable mobility technologies.
Itainnova is a non-profit research organization established in 1984 by the Aragon Autonomous Government in Spain to support technological innovation in companies. Currently, about 230 specialized researchers are conducting studies in various fields such as electrical and electronics, materials, and automotive.
Based on the MOU signed this time, the two institutions plan to promote ▲ development of verification methods in the field of automotive cybersecurity including Connected Autonomous Vehicles (CAV) ▲ technological cooperation for eco-friendly vehicles such as electric and hydrogen electric vehicles ▲ strengthening cooperation to discover joint R&D projects.
