This personnel reshuffle focused on strengthening expertise and organizational stability to create a young and dynamic council based on change and innovation, placing department heads and senior professional advisors through personnel exchanges with Jeonnam Province.
Chairman Seo Dong-wook urged, “Please strive to create a council that researches and studies for the future development of Jeonnam, improving the quality of life and increasing the happiness of the residents.”
He added, “Going forward, we will promote internal promotions in line with the independence of the council’s personnel authority, and focus on enacting the Local Council Act, as well as securing organization, audit, and budget authority.”

The Jeonnam Provincial Council plans to complete the regular personnel appointments for the second half of 2022 by implementing promotions and personnel reshuffles for public officials at grade 5 and below by mid-August.
