Sejong-si to Hire 34 People for Public Work Projects in the Second Half of the Year
[Asia Economy (Sejong) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] Sejong City is recruiting and hiring 34 people to participate in the public work project in the second half of this year.
The city announced on the 18th that applications for participation in the "2022 Second Half Public Work Project" will be accepted from the 19th to the 26th.
Applicants must be citizens aged 18 or older with work ability as of the project start date, with a standard median income of 65% or less (based on this year's Ministry of Health and Welfare notice), and assets of 400 million KRW or less.
However, those who have participated in financially supported job projects four or more times repeatedly in the past three years as of the application start date are restricted from participating.
The number of recruits is 34 people across 28 types of projects. Citizens wishing to participate should prepare the application form and submit it to the jurisdictional eup/myeon office or dong community service center of their address.
The target projects are divided into four major types: ▲ Informatization Promotion ▲ Public Service Support ▲ Environmental Cleanup ▲ Other Projects, and the duration is from next month 22nd to December 11th. Wages will be paid based on this year's minimum wage of 9,160 KRW.
After the application deadline, the city plans to select the final candidates by checking scores such as asset status, income, and dependents through the Ilmoa system provided by the Ministry of Labor.
