Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation and Naver Cloud Join Hands for Talent Development
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] The Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation is launching initiatives to nurture cloud talent and support employment.
On the 18th, the Gyeonggi Job Foundation announced that it signed a memorandum of understanding with Naver Cloud for 'cloud talent development and employment support' through a written agreement.
According to the agreement, the two organizations will collaborate on ▲ developing vocational training courses in the Fourth Industrial Revolution fields ▲ operating vocational education in the Fourth Industrial Revolution fields ▲ utilizing Naver Cloud Platform services and supporting technical certifications ▲ nurturing talent and supporting employment in the Fourth Industrial Revolution fields.
The two organizations have prior experience cooperating on cloud developer and cloud operator courses in Uijeongbu last year.
The foundation will support curriculum planning, recruitment and management of trainees, and employment linkage, while Naver Cloud will be responsible for overall education.

Kim Dong-hyun, head of the foundation's Future Technology Education Task Force, emphasized, "Since technologies related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, such as big data and artificial intelligence, are conducted in cloud computing environments, proactive talent development in this field is important," adding, "Through the strengths of both organizations, we will contribute to nurturing specialized cloud professionals and creating quality jobs in related fields."
