County Governor Jin Byeong-yeong is discussing the progress of the Hamyang Wild Ginseng Festival.

According to Hamyang County, on the afternoon of the 14th, a Hamyang Sansam Festival Committee meeting was held in the conference room of the Anti-Aging Center, attended by Jin Byeong-yeong, the mayor of Hamyang County, Kim Seong-gi, the chairman of the Sansam Festival Committee, and about 20 officials from the county and the festival committee.
The meeting was organized to discuss the progress and preparations for the Sansam Festival, which is just one month away, to ensure its successful hosting.
At the meeting, Chairman Kim Seong-gi explained the progress and suggestions regarding the festival and requested active cooperation from the county for the successful hosting of Hamyang County’s representative festival.
Following this, a site inspection was conducted around Sangnim Park, where the Sansam Festival will be held, to discuss operational plans including preparations by sector and safety measures.
Under the theme "Hi-Sansam! Supporting Your Youth," the 17th Hamyang Sansam Festival will be held for 10 days from September 2 to 11 around Sangnim Park. The festival will feature healing experiences, food, sales of Sansam (wild ginseng) and agricultural products, events, and nighttime lighting, making it a health and healing festival for all generations.
Hamyang County and the Festival Committee plan to enhance the brand value of Hamyang as a healing city by offering healing and relaxation to residents and tourists exhausted by COVID-19 through this festival.
