View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyemin] Hyundai Engineering announced on the 14th that it will open the model house for the residential complex "Hillstate Gwacheon Decentro" in Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town, Gwacheon-si, Gyeonggi-do on the 15th and begin the full-scale sales schedule.
This complex will be developed as a residential complex combining officetels, section offices, and commercial facilities in Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town, Gwacheon-si, Gyeonggi-do. It consists of a total of 2 buildings, ranging from 6 basement floors to 15 above-ground floors. The officetels have exclusive areas of 25 to 84㎡, with a total of 359 units.
"Hillstate Gwacheon Decentro" is located in a prime location within Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town. It is situated right next to Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town Station on Subway Line 4, scheduled to open in 2025, making it a station-area location. Additionally, the metropolitan wide-area express railway (GTX) Line C and the new Wirye-Gwacheon Line are planned for the future. Nearby, there are large shopping facilities such as Gwacheon E-Mart and Lotte Department Store Beomgye Branch.
Hyundai Engineering has expanded the range of choices by offering various layouts for the officetels, from studio types to residential types. The main layout, with an exclusive area of 53㎡, is optimized for 1-2 person households, featuring a 1.5-room structure design along with a bedroom, dressing room, and storage space. The residential-type officetels with exclusive areas of 80 and 84A㎡ adopt the same 4-bay slab-type structure as apartments, incorporating a living room, kitchen, dressing room, and storage space.

The officetel subscription will be held on the 19th. Anyone nationwide aged 19 or older can apply without a subscription savings account, and overlapping subscriptions for the 1st and 2nd phases of the complex are allowed. Financial benefits such as a fixed amount for the 1st deposit and a full 50% interest-free benefit on the interim payment are also provided.
