‘63rd Anniversary’ Shinil, "Achieving 500 Billion KRW in Sales with Premium and New Product Launches"
[Asia Economy Reporter Kwak Minjae] Shinil Electronics announced that it aims to achieve sales of 500 billion KRW by 2025 through the development of premium products, marking its 63rd anniversary.
On the 14th, Jung Yunseok, CEO of Shinil Electronics, shared a new vision and goals, emphasizing the importance of change and innovation amid increasing uncertainties in the domestic and international business environment, and called for a proactive and flexible approach.
Shinil presented a mid- to long-term goal of achieving 500 billion KRW in sales by 2025. CEO Jung stressed the strategy of securing profitability through the development of high value-added premium products based on quality-first principles. Last year, Shinil recorded its highest-ever sales of 193.6 billion KRW.
First, the company plans to expand its premium product line to strengthen the competitiveness of its cash cow, electric fans. It aims to provide differentiated customer experiences and maintain market dominance.
CEO Jung also urged active development of new product categories to leap forward as a comprehensive home appliance company. He proposed expanding and strengthening high-margin new product lines that can drive sales growth.
As part of this, in the second half of this year, the company plans to upgrade and launch the ‘Eco Food Waste Processor,’ which received a positive market response after its release last year. Considering the increase in pet owners, Shinil also announced plans to release a premium line of hair dryers equipped with pet functions.
