Fostering Female Group Leaders... Hana Financial Launches 2nd Cohort of 'HanaWaves'

[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] Hana Financial Group is conducting a program to nurture female talent.
Hana Financial Group announced on the 14th that it held the launch ceremony for the group's female leader development program, 'Hana Waves' 2nd cohort, at its headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul.
For this 2nd cohort, 36 female deputy branch manager-level employees within the group were finally selected based on recommendations from the CEOs of each affiliate company. Among the 34 members of the 1st cohort, 4 have been promoted to executive positions.
The selected participants will develop specialized capabilities through an enhanced program including ▲group mentoring ▲online MBA ▲professional job courses ▲strategic project presentations until the end of this year.
Hana Financial Group plans to continue expanding diverse and systematic leadership programs to cultivate leaders equipped with both management knowledge and leadership skills.
