Since 2020, Celltrion has sequentially obtained five international standard certifications including ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System), ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery Management System), and ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management System) to enhance ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management and grow as a sustainable pharmaceutical and bio company.
Celltrion introduced the globally most widely adopted representative quality management system (ISO 9001) certification to improve high-level quality and customer satisfaction. Through the operation and improvement of the quality management system, the company plans to continuously enhance pharmaceutical quality in response to the changing business environment and secure competitiveness in the international pharmaceutical bidding market to promote customer satisfaction.
Additionally, by acquiring certifications for the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001), Celltrion efficiently manages resources and the environment and applies standardized safety and health regulations and procedures at its workplaces. With the introduction of the Anti-Bribery Management System (ISO 37001), the company has established a company-wide compliance management system and effectively prevents various corruption risks such as internal and external corruption risk assessments.
