"Summer Limited BBQ" Haevichi Hotel & Resort, 'Pork BBQ Platter' Promotion
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Haevichi Hotel & Resort announced on the 12th that it will simultaneously hold the "Pork Barbecue Platter" promotion until the 31st of next month at its restaurant "Michael by Haevichi" in Jongno-gu, Seoul, its Busan branch "Michael Urban Farm Table," and "Kitchen by Haevichi" at Hyundai Motorstudio Goyang.
The promotion offers various cuts of pork, including pork ribs, leg meat, neck meat, and pork belly, each prepared to highlight different flavors and textures. Garnishes, bread, and special sauces are provided together.
The pork barbecue includes baby back ribs brushed with Michael's special sauce and oven-roasted, and pulled pork made by cooking and shredding the front leg meat, which are common across all locations. At Michael by Haevichi and Kitchen by Haevichi, roast pork is also offered, made by rolling neck meat into a round shape, searing only the surface, and then slow-cooking it to achieve a tender texture. At Michael Urban Farm Table, maple pork belly is served, grilled with a sauce made from espresso concentrate and various spices applied to the pork belly.
