[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Sehee] Actress Kim Bu-seon has withdrawn the 300 million won damages claim lawsuit filed against Lee Jae-myung, a member of the Democratic Party of Korea.
According to the Seoul Eastern District Court on the 11th, Kim's legal representative, lawyer Jang Young-ha of Law Firm Digital, submitted a withdrawal of the lawsuit on the 8th of this month. Kim filed a defamation lawsuit against Lee on September 28, 2018, claiming damages worth 300 million won.

She also wrote, "I was against the civil lawsuit from the beginning, but lawyer Kang Yong-seok convinced me that this procedure was absolutely necessary. I was deceived.
