[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Plaza Hotel, operated by Hanwha Hotels & Resorts, announced on the 11th that it will offer the 'Stay and Drink with Ilpoom Jinro' package in collaboration with Hite Jinro until September 8.
Hite Jinro's distilled liquor Ilpoom Jinro saw an 82% increase in sales from January to May this year compared to the same period last year, thanks to its clean taste and luxurious packaging. Despite its relatively high alcohol content and price, it has been recognized as a 'hip drink' across all generations, including the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z).
This package includes a one-night stay in a deluxe room, an Ilpoom Jinro home-tending bag (containing two bottles of Ilpoom Jinro 25° 375ml, one shaker, one jigger, two soju glasses, and two on-the-rocks glasses), and access to The Plaza Fitness Club with a swimming pool. Home-tending refers to amateurs making cocktails at home in various ways. The package purchase and usage period is until September 8.
A representative of Plaza Hotel said, "To satisfy the rarity and fun elements preferred by the MZ generation, we planned a collaborative package that can only be experienced at Hite Jinro and Plaza Hotel," adding, "We will continue to cooperate with various companies to discover new content within the hotel."
