"Added Exotic Fruit Flavors Instead of Alcohol" Hoegaarden Launches Non-Alcoholic Drink 'Hoegaarden Fruit Brew'
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] OB Beer Hoegaarden announced on the 11th that it will launch a premium non-alcoholic beverage with a sweet and slightly bitter taste called 'Hoegaarden Fruit Brew.'
Hoegaarden Fruit Brew is made by extracting alcohol from Hoegaarden and adding exotic fruit flavors, followed by fermentation and maturation processes. It is a non-alcoholic beverage with an alcohol content of less than 1%, characterized by a rich taste that combines the sweet and slightly bitter flavors of fruit with the body added by Hoegaarden's brewing technology.
The new products come in two varieties: Ros? and Pear. 'Hoegaarden Fruit Brew Ros?' features the fresh and deep sweetness of raspberry, while 'Hoegaarden Fruit Brew Pear' is attractive for its clean and refreshing sweetness unique to Western pear. The company explained that by using fruit ingredients rarely seen in regular carbonated drinks, they have expanded consumer choices for diverse and premium products.
