Shinsegae Inter's 'SI Village' Hyper-Personalized Service... "AI Recommends Products"
[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-yoon] Shinsegae International announced on the 10th that it has revamped its own online mall SI Village and enhanced its AI-based hyper-personalized services.
SI Village introduces a new curation service that automatically analyzes individual behavior patterns such as search patterns, clicks, purchases, and favorite products to recommend customized benefits and special promotions for each customer. The main screen is individually configured with benefits and promotions from brands that customers usually purchase or show interest in, enabling convenient product purchases in a personalized shopping space.
A personalized recommendation feature based on purchase history and shopping cart contents has also been added. Customers’ shopping convenience has been greatly improved with preferred brands, recommended styles, similar product suggestions, and products that go well together.
There is also an image search function. Even if customers do not know the brand or product name, they can take a photo or upload an existing image to find the product or receive suggestions for similar items. Additionally, the menu has been rearranged to allow customers to easily browse and click on specialized sections by category such as luxury, fashion, and golf, and the exploration function for conveniently viewing various products has been reorganized. To celebrate the renewal opening, various customer promotions will be held from the 11th to the 17th.
