[Today's Weather] Nationwide Heatwave Warning... Showers in Various Inland Areas
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-ju] On Sunday the 10th, amid continuing heatwaves, there will be occasional clouds nationwide, becoming increasingly cloudy from night.
The daytime high temperature is forecast to be between 27 and 36 degrees Celsius. With heatwave warnings issued nationwide, some inland areas will experience a maximum apparent temperature around 35 degrees Celsius, making it very hot. Tropical nights (nighttime low temperature above 25 degrees Celsius) are also expected in some places overnight.
From daytime to evening, showers of 5 to 40 mm are expected in eastern Gyeonggi, inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, inland Chungcheong, inland Jeolla, and inland Gyeongsang regions. Additionally, rain is expected from late night in the central region (excluding Yeongdong in Gangwon), Jeolla region, and inland Gyeongsang region. Expected precipitation amounts are 10 to 60 mm (with some areas exceeding 80 mm) in the central region and Jeolla, and 5 to 40 mm in Gyeongsang and Jeju Island.
Fine dust levels are forecast to be between 'Good' and 'Moderate' across all regions. However, Incheon is expected to experience temporarily 'Unhealthy' levels in the morning.

Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 0.5 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the South Sea coastal waters. In the offshore waters (approximately 200 km from the coastline), wave heights will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East and South Seas, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the West Sea.
