"Fish Cake Instead of Chicken Breast"... Seven Eleven Launches Sea Protein Bar Sale
Gluten-Free Products That Are Easy to Digest
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Seven Eleven announced on the 8th that it has launched three types of ‘Bada Protein Bar,’ a premium fish cake brand ‘Goraesa Eomuk’ and a light, low-calorie protein fish cake bar.
The Bada Protein Bar is a product made with pollock surimi, which is high in protein content, and is packed with additional ingredients such as shrimp and cheese, allowing people of all ages to enjoy it deliciously and healthily. In particular, it is a gluten-free product without flour, making it easy to digest and light as it is not fried in oil. Each product contains more than 8g of protein and about 85kcal, increasing the protein content and lowering the calories compared to regular fish cake products.
The Grilled Shrimp Protein Bar incorporates shrimp and various vegetables into pollock surimi to create a chewy texture, while the Grilled Cheese Protein Bar includes grilled cheese for a creamier and richer taste. The Tofu Eomuk Protein Cube contains tofu, providing a soft texture along with increased protein content.
