AimMed Acquires Senior Daycare Center 'The Dream Healthcare'
[Asia Economy Reporter Jo In-kyung] Digital healthcare specialist AimMed announced on the 7th that it has acquired the senior daycare center 'The Dream Healthcare.'
Through this acquisition, AimMed plans to expand from its existing caregiving business to daycare center nursing care, solidifying its position as a total senior care specialist company.
The Dream Healthcare operates a total of 462 cognitive and rehabilitation specialized directly managed daycare centers in Samsong and Ilsan in Gyeonggi-do, Gwangju, Wonju, Cheongju, and Sejong. It holds the exclusive domestic distribution rights for BodySpider, a senior rehabilitation program, and also possesses in-house capabilities to manufacture senior-exclusive equipment. Based on a deep understanding of seniors and expertise in nursing care business operations, it plans to apply innovative services on-site and promote the expansion of directly managed stores and franchising.
