US Fails New ICBM Rocket Test... Airborne Explosion 11 Seconds After Launch

According to The Hill and other U.S. political media on the 7th (local time), a 'Minotaur II' rocket, which will be used for the new ICBM, was launched at 11:01 PM the previous night from Vandenberg Air Force Base in California, but it exploded in midair about 11 seconds after launch.
