[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] The KOSPI is fluctuating around the 2300 level due to selling pressure from foreigners and institutions.
As of 2:12 PM on the 6th, the KOSPI index was recorded at 2302.56, down 39.22 points (1.67%) from the previous trading day. The index fell to 2299.00 around 2:06 PM and has been moving up and down around the 2300 level since then. Foreigners and institutions sold a net amount worth approximately 328.4 billion KRW and 449.4 billion KRW respectively, while individuals bought a net amount worth about 752.9 billion KRW.

The KOSDAQ index fell below the 750 level due to net selling by foreigners. At the same time, the KOSDAQ index was recorded at 748.34, down 2.61 points (0.35%) from the previous trading day. Foreigners sold about 85.4 billion KRW, while individuals and institutions bought net amounts worth 74.6 billion KRW and 27.7 billion KRW respectively.
