Governor Gang Jin-won said, “When we communicate, we connect with each other, and creativity can be expressed in an atmosphere of empathy,” and during the departmental work reports, he focused intensively on policies related to ‘communication’ and ‘population,’ continuing to grasp the current status.
The governor announced a field-oriented county administration, stating, “During work reports, not only department heads or team leaders but also the actual working staff must be present to create a close communication system with the employees who actually work, so that the vision of the 8th elected administration is fully reflected on the ground.”
In particular, there is a plan to proactively communicate with the MZ generation to respond preemptively to future changes and to create the leisure and opportunities to understand the younger generation.
He also instructed to accurately grasp the address status of residents actually living in Gangjin-gun to newly establish population policies, and to expedite the establishment of a tentative Small Business Hope Foundation, a pledge of the 8th elected administration, to comprehensively foster and support small business owners in the jurisdiction.
As a solution to soaring oil prices, he requested to review the expansion of the scope of support for the purchase cost of tax-exempt agricultural fuel, and to strengthen pre-inspections and establish close cooperative relationships with related organizations to prepare effective measures against disasters such as heat waves, typhoons, and floods in July and August.
Governor Gang emphasized, “The new policies of the 8th elected administration will undergo thorough diagnosis and consultation by private experts to minimize errors, and before execution, we will not rush but conduct meticulous inspections; however, after planning, we will execute swiftly like a gold rush.”
Gangjin-gun plans to broadcast expanded executive meetings and others via the institution’s YouTube channel so that all employees can share in real time, anticipating significant changes in all communication processes including decision-making and policy formulation.
