HanmiGlobal Wins 44 Billion KRW Project Management Contract for Saudi Residential Complex

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Seoyul] HanmiGlobal announced on the 4th that it has won the PM service contract for a large-scale residential complex development project promoted by the Saudi Arabian government.
The client is the Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA), chaired by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman of Saudi Arabia. HanmiGlobal stated that it has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from DGDA specifying the contract amount, deadline, and scope of work. The contract amount is 44 billion KRW, which corresponds to about 16% of HanmiGlobal's consolidated sales last year.

DGDA plans to develop luxury villas, townhouses, community centers, and resorts in the Diriyah area. HanmiGlobal has won the PM service contract for the residential, commercial, and office complex development in the Diriyah South and Garden area, and will carry out project management, operation planning, and design management until 2027.
