Big Hit Music announced that on the 1st at 1 PM (KST), the track "More" from J-Hope's solo album 'Jack In The Box' will be released first on global music platforms.
Ahead of the solo album 'Jack In The Box' set to be released on the 15th, Big Hit stated that J-Hope has poured his thoughts and passion about breaking the mold and moving forward. Like the album title, which refers to a toy where a doll pops out when the box is opened, J-Hope plans to showcase new charms never seen before through this album.
The pre-released track "More" is an old-school hip-hop genre song that tells an honest story of what J-Hope feels inside the box. It intuitively expresses the flames of passion, ambition, and greed rising within the box. Additionally, it contains J-Hope's bold aspirations and pure passion to reveal various sides of himself. J-Hope's unique rhythmic flow and shouting further enhance the song's appeal.
Previously, in March 2018, J-Hope released his first mixtape 'Hope World,' which was recognized for his songwriting and composing skills by ranking 38th on the Billboard 200, the main Billboard album chart.
Meanwhile, J-Hope will participate as a headliner at the global music festival 'LOLLAPALOOZA' held in the United States on the 31st, closing the festival with a grand finale.
