Tmon to Implement Smart & Remote Work and Level System Starting July
Implementation of 'Gamification Level System' Allowing Monthly Salary Increases Based on Earned Points
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] TMON will fully implement a new personnel system and work style starting in July that allows employees to work autonomously and performance-oriented anywhere as long as the work environment is equipped.
TMON announced on the 30th that the 'TMON Smart & Remote Work' (TSR), which has been prepared since the beginning of the year, will start on the 1st of next month. Employees can work autonomously anywhere with a work environment where they can focus, including the new headquarters to be opened on Garosu-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul in July, as well as base offices and shared offices located throughout the metropolitan area. Since autonomy and responsibility are emphasized, it is expected that individual productivity and satisfaction will improve. The removal of restrictions on work location is also expected to play a role in securing outstanding talent.
The personnel system will implement a 'Gamification Level System' designed to allow monthly salary increases based on performance. With gamification elements applied, levels increase when experience points for each section are met, and the linked salary is immediately raised accordingly. Unlike the usual annual salary increase, if points are accumulated quickly, the salary rises in a shorter period, providing more immediate rewards.
