CU Releases YouTube Shorts Sitcom... "Convenience Store Veterans 20-Episode Series"
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] CU announced on the 27th that it will release the industry's first YouTube Shorts sitcom, "Convenience Store Go-inmul."
"Convenience Store Go-inmul" is a comedic content series depicting everyday episodes experienced by Haru, a confident staff member with 9 years of part-time experience at CU. It is woven with small stories that anyone who has used a convenience store can relate to.
The sitcom can be watched on CU's official YouTube channel, "CUTube," and starting from the 30th, it will also be available on "Shortflee," a YouTube channel operated by the production company Playlist. It will be released on Naver TV next month.
"Convenience Store Go-inmul" consists of a total of 20 episodes, with one episode released each weekday from Monday to Friday over four weeks. CU plans to implement one of the episodes from "Convenience Store Go-inmul" on the global metaverse platform Zepeto.
