[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] Samsung Electronics announced on the 26th that it has launched the 'SmartThings Daily Encyclopedia' campaign, offering a personalized multi-device experience.
Samsung Electronics expanded the concept of 'SmartThings,' which was previously limited to a technology-centered Internet of Things (IoT) platform, to encompass the overall customer experience connecting various devices. This campaign was introduced to allow users to feel the practicality of SmartThings in everyday life.
The campaign, revealed through TV and online advertisements as well as SNS, utilizes the concept of an 'encyclopedia,' which has become a play culture sharing information and hobbies in various ways. In addition to TV and online advertisements, Samsung Electronics plans to set up experiential spaces at major Samsung Digital Plaza stores where customers can directly experience SmartThings usability, and conduct participatory events such as sharing SmartThings usage tips.
