According to the AP News, local police authorities announced on the 17th that a shooting took place at around 6:20 PM the previous day at Saint Stephen Episcopal Church in Vestavia Hills, Birmingham, Alabama.
Two people died at the scene due to the shooting, and one person was seriously injured and is in critical condition.
