Samjin Food emphasized a tangy and spicy flavor to stimulate summer appetites. The two new summer menu items released this time are Paldo Bibim Makguksu and Paldo Bibim Mandu.
Paldo Bibim Makguksu is a bibim buckwheat noodle dish featuring the spicy, tangy, and sweet taste of Paldo Bibim sauce, characterized by the addition of cold broth over various vegetables and buckwheat noodles.
Paldo Bibim Mandu is a menu item where shredded vegetables and egg garnish are mixed with Paldo Bibim sauce and eaten with fried dumplings.
The tangy and sweet flavor of Paldo Bibim sauce harmonizes with the crispy texture of fried mandu, enhancing summer appetites.
The collaboration was promoted targeting the MZ generation, which has emerged as a main force in the consumer market.
By launching menus accompanied by the all-purpose sauce “Paldo Bibim sauce,” which is especially loved during summer by the MZ generation, they aim to capture their summer taste preferences. The new menu items will be sold as limited-time offerings this summer.
Samjin Eomukdang and the two new summer menu items can be found at Samjin Eomukdang Yeoksam Main Branch, Sejong Boram Branch, Cheongju Hanaro Branch, Cheonan Buldang Branch, Pyeongtaek Best One Branch, Busan West Intercity Bus Terminal Branch, and Myeongji International New City Branch.
Last month, Samjin Food promoted a collaboration between the fish cake bakery brand “Samjin Eomuk” and “Paldo Bibim sauce” to launch the “Just One Meal Stir-fry Series 2 types.”
The company boasts a premium fish cake’s chewy texture made from natural ingredient broth such as barley shrimp, dried seaweed, and kelp, SA-grade top-quality fish paste, and Samjin Eomukdang’s secret sauce developed by adding highly concentrated plum and apple extracts.
