The key DJ for this project is voice actor Kim Bomin, well known to the public through various impersonation contents such as "The World of the Married," "Sky Castle," and "Seoul Dialect."
Kim Bomin debuted as the 25th public recruitment voice actor of EBS in 2017 and is currently active as a YouTuber under the name "Ssubokman." Lotte Mart plans to record new in-store broadcast content every week featuring Kim Bomin’s diverse voice and excellent acting skills.
Advertisements, brand songs, and promotional product introduction scripts from individual tenant companies, which were previously broadcast separately, have been naturally connected into a single radio program with the professional DJ.
Park Taesoon, head of marketing at Lotte Mart who led this in-store broadcast revamp, said, "This project drew inspiration from radio, which forms a closer bond with listeners than any other media. While the previous in-store broadcasts were one-sided advertising channels that caused listener fatigue, the revamped broadcasts are a friendly and attractive friend-like channel where Lotte Mart approaches customers more closely and talks to them."
This revamp aims to strengthen communication with offline store customers, which has increased as we enter the endemic phase (periodic outbreaks of infectious diseases), and to target fun consumers together. Under the slogan "RE NEW ALL," Lotte Mart is expanding customer communication channels centered on employees in their 20s and 30s.

Im Hoseok, head of marketing at Lotte Mart, said, "This in-store broadcast revamp was a project led by MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z) team members, and we believe customers of various age groups will find new enjoyment in it. Lotte Mart will continue to evolve into a channel that offers new fun beyond just a place to purchase goods."
