According to political circles on the 15th, Prime Minister Han is scheduled to visit former President Moon's residence in the afternoon of the 16th.
This visit is reported to be a customary gesture of visiting former presidents after assuming the office of Prime Minister. It is also seen as a unifying move by Prime Minister Han to pay respects to his predecessor as the Prime Minister of the new government.
Prime Minister Han and former President Moon have experience working together during the Roh Moo-hyun administration. When former President Moon served as Chief of Staff to the late President Roh Moo-hyun from 2007 to 2008, Han was the last Prime Minister of the Roh administration.
