Woori Financial Group Selects 17 Companies for Startup Collaboration Program
[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-seop] Woori Financial Group announced on the 13th that it has selected 17 companies to participate in the startup collaboration program 'Dino Lab.'
The selected startups were chosen by 13 judges, including practitioners from Woori Financial Group and Woori Bank, as well as venture capitalists and acceleration managers. The industries include artificial intelligence (AI), data, fintech, and platforms. A total of 248 companies applied for the program.
The third batch of Dino Lab startups will have the opportunity to be based at the center in Seongdong-gu, Seoul. They will also receive capacity-building programs such as investment, tax, legal, and IT education, as well as talent development and recruitment linkage programs. In particular, opportunities for business cooperation with Woori Financial Group companies and expansion into Southeast Asia through Dino Lab Vietnam will be provided.
