Daesang Cheongjeongwon Homings, Low-Calorie Konjac Fried Rice
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Daesang Cheongjeongwon Homings recently launched three new types of konjac fried rice that combine both taste and health.
The three Homings konjac fried rice varieties?Direct-fire Seafood Konjac Fried Rice, Chicken Breast Konjac Fried Rice, and Kimchi Pork Konjac Fried Rice?use konjac rice to reduce calories to about half that of typical frozen fried rice on the market, while enhancing flavor and texture through abundant ingredients and differentiated individual processes. All three products are released with calorie counts between 195 and 215 kcal, which is lower than a bowl of rice (approximately 300 kcal per 200g of white rice), reducing calorie concerns.
The Direct-fire Seafood Konjac Fried Rice is stir-fried with whole shrimp, squid, and other seafood over direct fire to bring out rich flavors, and uses Sunchang gochujang for a clean spicy taste. The Chicken Breast Konjac Fried Rice features domestic chicken breast mixed with grains such as quinoa, brown rice, black rice, and black beans, offering a mild and savory flavor. The Kimchi Pork Konjac Fried Rice is flavored with domestic pork and a special seasoning sauce, with added crunchiness from Jongga Kimchi. The three Homings konjac fried rice products can be easily cooked using a frying pan or microwave. A Daesang representative stated, "We plan to continue introducing high-quality products that allow consumers to conveniently enjoy ‘proper meals.’"
